I am a Consultant Paediatrician at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, with 15 years of dedicated experience in paediatrics. My areas of special interest include high dependency care and paediatric cardiology. After completing my medical degree (MBChB) at Liverpool University, I trained in paediatrics across Merseyside, gaining invaluable experience across a range of hospitals and sub-specialties.
While I subspecialise in high dependency care and cardiology, I also manage a wide range of general paediatric conditions, providing holistic care for children with diverse health concerns. My training has equipped me with a broad spectrum of paediatric expertise, enabling me to deliver the highest standard of care to my patients.
I am passionate about ensuring that children receive safe, effective, and compassionate care, and I find great joy in seeing my patients recover and thrive. I genuinely love what I do and look forward to going to work every day, knowing I can make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
I am a proud member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) and the UK Society of Paediatricians with Expertise in Cardiology. Additionally, I hold a Transthoracic Echocardiography certification from the European Society of Cardiology.
